We strive to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Personal Use: You agree that your purchases are for personal use only and not for commercial resale.

SECTION 4 - RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Your purchases are subject to our return and refund policy. We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10–15 business days after inspection.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

In compliance with Indian E-commerce rules, we aim to deliver products within the estimated timeline provided at checkout. However, Viral Mahal is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners or unforeseen circumstances (force majeure). Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

SECTION 6 - PRICING AND BILLING

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Unless stated otherwise, prices are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) but may exclude shipping charges, which are calculated at checkout. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Viral Mahal or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.

SECTION 8 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Viral Mahal is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform. You acknowledge that your contract for sale is directly with Viral Mahal, and Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the transactions or products sold.

You are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international or Indian regulations, rules, or laws; (d) to infringe upon our intellectual property rights; or (e) to upload viruses or malicious code.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where Viral Mahal is headquartered.
