  • Packaging: It must be in its original packaging with all tags still attached.

  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Approval: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Damages and Issues

  2. You received the wrong item.

    We will evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale Items & Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items purchased during a sale or via gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Processing Time: Please keep in mind that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
