Weekends & Holidays: Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or National Holidays.

High Volume Periods: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during festive sales), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping tiers across India:

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and SMS once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your package directly on our website or through our courier partner's portal.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for most pin codes in India.

Verification: Our team may call or WhatsApp you to confirm COD orders before dispatch.

COD Fee: A nominal convenience fee may be applied to all COD orders.
5. Shipping Restrictions

6. Damages & Missing Packages
Viral Mahal is liable for any products damaged or lost during transit.

If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.

Action Required: Take a clear photo/video of the damaged package and contact us at shopviralmahal@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery so we can file a claim and send a replacement.
7. Non-Delivery / Returned to Origin (RTO)
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failed delivery attempts (after 3 attempts), we will contact you.

For Prepaid Orders: We can reship the order (additional shipping charges may apply) or issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.

For COD Orders: Repeated RTOs may result in the suspension of COD privileges for your account.
